Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. Order by 10am for next day delivery.

How much is our delivery fee?

We charge £4.99 for delivery. Orders over £60.00 receive free delivery.

Do I need to be home?

No, the meals will be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. Please update your delivery options through the tracking information on link provided at dispatch.

My meals arrived defrosted—what should I do?

Is our packaging recyclable?

Yes, all our packaging is recyclable, including the cardboard boxes, pots and pouches, the wool liners and dry ice which comes in a recyclable casing.

When is my delivery slot?

Your delivery time will be confirmed by DPD via text and/or email on the day of delivery. Your delivery should be with you anytime between 9am and 8pm.
