Are the meals frozen?

Yes, your meals will be delivered frozen for convenience. They’re hand-prepared using fresh, organic ingredients and immediately flash-frozen to lock in the nutrients.

How should I store my little one's meals?

Products should be stored in the freezer at -18°C or below. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Do not refreeze.

How should I heat my little one’s meals? What if I don’t have a microwave?

All of our products can be heated in the microwave. You’ll find specific heating instructions on the packaging for each product. If you don’t have a microwave, you can still easily heat our products: Cubes – Defrost in the fridge for at least 4 hours

How long do your products last after they're delivered?

Our meals are frozen while fresh and have a 9-month use-by date from the date of production. When your order arrives, your meals will have at least 3 months remaining on their use-by date. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 72 hour

How long is the food safe to consume once defrosted?

Our meals and snacks can be kept in the fridge and consumed within 72 hours of defrosting. Please do not refreeze once defrosted.

How many portions are in a box of cubes?

Our toddler pots are designed to be a suitable portion size for little ones aged 1–3, but we know every child is different and appetites can vary. If a full pot is too much for your little one at one mealtime, you can defrost the meal in the fridge

How do I take the food on the go?

Our purées, meals and snacks are easy to take with you on the go. You can heat them in the microwave before transferring to an airtight, insulated food flask or container. If serving warm, consume within 2 hours. Alternatively, you can defrost them
